Professor Bertrand Tombal is the Chairman of the Division of Urology and Full Professor of Urology at the

Université catholique de Louvain (UCL), Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc, Brussels, Belgium.

Professor Tombal is a member of the Royal Academy of Medicine of Belgium.

 

He is the current President of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC), the leading European academic research organization in the field of cancer.

 

Prof. Tombal has been at the forefront of the development of new Androgen Deprivation Therapy modalities, including Degarelix.

 

In the present series of video, he will first explain the difference between agonists and antagonists and then highlights a few cases where antagonist may have some benefits
